great value but minor hiccups
The breakfast spread is impressive and accommodating, especially when they pack a meal for early outings! The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are immaculate and well-maintained, creating a comfortable retreat. I loved the garden view from my room. it added a serene touch to my stay.
The Wi-Fi connection was spotty at times.

The hotel felt very secure during the storm, which was a major relief. The layout allowed us to escape possible dangers while still enjoying our stay. The breakfast was impressive, with a fantastic array of choices that fueled our mornings. Plus, the staff's attentiveness was a highlight. they remembered specific requests, making me feel valued and cared for. However, there were some downsides. The hot water only turned on at specified times, which was inconvenient for early dinners. Also, I couldn't get the same soundproofing in my room—my first one overlooked the main staircase, leading to noisy disturbances. Ideally, I would have liked a more consistent experience without the interruptions. All in all, it's a solid place, but with room for improvements.

The breakfast spread in the hotel was impressive, offering a variety of delicious options each morning, making it a great way to start the day!
There was a noticeable lack of privacy as the room windows were not fully sealed – just wooden shutters and mosquito nets, which allowed noise and the outside air to come in.

From skeptic to superfan
The staff was amazingly nice! Breakfast was delightful with plenty of options. Early risers, no worries! They packed a to-go meal when we needed it.
One downside, the amenities like the pool felt underused. I wish they had more vibrant activity there!

Had a lovely two-night stay in a spacious twin room with a fridge, perfect for keeping drinks cool! The outdoor pool was so refreshing, and I enjoyed relaxing in the garden area with beautiful greenery. The only minor hiccup was that the shower pressure could've been stronger, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 👍

We had a fantastic time exploring Valladolid! The hotel is within walking distance of all the charming attractions. The breakfast was delicious, especially the menu options and fresh fruit. The staff went above and beyond, helping us with our pets during our stay.
My wife says that the pool could use more vibrance.

Good Stay, But Privacy Issues
Enjoyed a peaceful two-night stay with attentive service, but the Suite with Terrace lacked adequate privacy. The terrace overlooked the driveway, forcing us to keep it closed. Next time, I'd opt for a regular room rather than pay extra for that terrace.
